PRODUCT CARE

1. Each piece of jewellery is made of 925 sterling silver or 14 karat gold.

2. Sterling silver is a precious metal which reacts with oxygen and tarnish over time.

3. The 14k gold plating and the brushed surface on some pieces can fade over time (rings, bracelets, chains).

4. Remove your jewellery before swimming, bathing.

5. 14k gold plating will wear off fairly quickly over time. To have your jewellery re-plated, please contact us for a quote. Use non-abrasive cleaning materials. If a cleaning substance is too strong it may remove the gold layer.

6. Avoid any hard knocks and scratches to your gem-stones.

7. Do not expose your jewellery pieces to excessive heat or prolonged contact with seawater, chlorine, perfume and other strong chemicals.

8. Store in an area with low humidity (no bathroom storage).

 WARRANTY

Vido Jewels guarantees a warranty period of twelve months on all items from the date of order. Proof of purchase from our retailers is required to validate the warranty.

We will repair your item free of charge during the warranty period if it is a manufacturing or material defect.

Please note cracking or scratching of stones, metals or gold, rhodium plating are not considered as manufacturing defects.

Please note we also offer a replating service for gold plated jewellery purchased online or from our retailers. Please contact us  if you would like to receive a quote for this.

The jewellery may vary slightly from their pictures: The images of the product(s) on our website are for illustrative purposes only. We cannot guarantee that a device's display of the colours accurately reflects the colour of the gems or metals. Your product(s) may vary slightly from those images.

DELIVERY

Vido Jewels will be pleased to offer complimentary delivery.

All orders made in Norway will be shipped by POSTEN NORWAY or can be picked-up in our Oslo based workshop (by appointment only).

All our packages are sent via a tracked service. You will be asked to sign for any goods delivered.

SHIPPING - HANDLING

Vido Jewels is not responsible for any extra VAT charges outside Norway. We advice to contact your local customs authorities for more details.

RETURNS

Items must be returned to Oslo workshop unused with all design packaging included. Return address is: Vido Jewels, Briskebyveien 30, Oslo 0259, Norway.

You have 14 days from the date of purchase to return your goods.

Please keep all your postage receipts and tracking number available.

Return expenses will be covered by the customer and non-refundable.
